Small Texas businesses. Mechanics, contractors, bakers, dog trainers, shop owners. People who put their name and reputation behind a business every day and deserve a website that reflects that care.

I'm not an agency. I don't have project managers, account reps, or outsourced developers across the world you'll never meet. It's me, a computer, and a lot of coffee. You talk directly to me, start to finish.

The Story

From the Job Site
to Your Site

I've got a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and eight years on the job. Five in commercial construction, three in residential. That stretch put me alongside a lot of small business owners. Contractors, subcontractors, family operations running on tight budgets.

What I kept seeing, especially with the smaller outfits, was the same story. Owners paying $80, $100, $150 a month for websites they didn't even own. Locked into contracts. Locked into platforms. Locked out the second they stopped paying.

It didn't sit right. We're in 2026. A website shouldn't cost $1,500 or more and definitely shouldn't follow you with a monthly bill for years. It should be a one-time investment you own outright.

I've built over fifty sites by now. Started for myself, then friends, then small businesses that saw the work. OTM Web Design is what came out of all of it.

The code you get is the code I wrote. The price I quote is the price you pay. If a different solution serves your business better than what I offer, I'll point you to it.

Every Line, Hand-Coded

No templates. No page builders. No shortcuts. Every site is written from scratch in real HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. That means your site can do things templates can't, and it looks completely different from your competition.

You Own Everything

When we're done, the files are yours. You host them free on GitHub Pages, which is what most of my clients do, or move them anywhere you want. No platform lock-in. No vendor risk. The website is your asset.

One Fee, No Surprises

$800 for a professional custom website, completely yours. No tiers, no upsells, no recurring fees. If you need something more complex, I quote you before any work starts. No exceptions.

English and Spanish, Both Done Right

Texas has a huge bilingual community and serving them well matters. I build sites in English and Spanish with native-level translations, not the slop Google Translate produces. If your business needs to reach Spanish-speaking customers, your site can speak their language.

Why $800

$800.
No Catch.

Freelance designers charge $2,000 to $8,000 for the same work. Agencies charge $5,000 to $15,000 and take months to deliver. I do it in under a week for $800.

A website is a tool. It should help your business grow, not become a recurring bill that follows you for years. If $800 is what it takes to get a small business owner the professional site they deserve, $800 is what it costs.

I'd rather build five sites for $800 each than one site for $4,000. More businesses helped. More work shipped. That's how I think about it.
