This Site is a portfolio and informational website for OTM Web Design. It showcases past work, describes services, and provides a way to get in touch. Using this Site does not create a client relationship on its own. Any web design work is performed only under a separate written agreement between you and OTM Web Design.

Quotes and Pricing

Any pricing shown on this Site is provided for general information. The price for a specific project may vary based on its scope and complexity. A firm price is provided in writing before any work begins, and the full terms of a project (including payment, ownership, and timeline) are set out in a separate client services agreement, not in these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise noted, the design, code, text, graphics, and layout of this Site are owned by OTM Web Design and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse any part of this Site without written permission.

Client logos, business names, and project screenshots shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to illustrate completed work.

Acceptable Use

When using this Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site or its forms to send spam, harmful code, or unsolicited material
