OTM Web Design ("OTM," "we," "us," or "I") is a sole proprietorship operated by Steven Howell, based in Kyle, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website (otm-designs.com) or contact us through it, how that information is used, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you fill out the contact form on this site, you may provide the following:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your business type and the package you are interested in
• Any details you choose to include about your project

You only share this information when you choose to submit the form. If you do not contact us, none of it is collected.

Scheduling information

If you book a call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. Any details you enter (such as your name, email, and preferred time) are collected and processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare's content delivery network. When your browser loads the site, Cloudflare receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request, as part of normal web server and security operation. This is used to serve the site and to protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you personally.

Fonts, images, and all other design files on this site are served from our own domain rather than from a third-party provider. That means loading a page here does not send a request to any outside font or asset service, so no third party learns that you visited.

Local storage on your device

This site stores a single preference on your own device: your chosen language (English or Spanish), so the site remembers it on your next visit. This is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any tracking technology.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project
• Prepare a quote or proposal for work
• Communicate with you about a project you have requested

We do not use your information to send marketing emails or promotional material unless you have specifically asked us to.

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. Your information is only handled by the third-party services that make this site function:

• Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it to your browser, and in doing so processes standard request data such as your IP address.
• Formspree processes and delivers your contact form submissions to us.
• Calendly processes call bookings if you schedule one.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our communication. You can request that your information be deleted at any time (see "Your Rights and Choices" below).

Data Security

This site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. While no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

Your Rights and Choices
